Born January 28 1993 in Granada, Nicaragua, has been living in Costa Rica since he was two.

This promising surfing star already has the following titles under his belt:Mini-grommets (2005), Grommets (2006), Boys (2007 and 2009), Junior (2008 and 2009), Open (2009). In April 2010 he won ninth place in the ISA World Surfing Games in the Junior category.

Keep your eye out for Carli, he will definitely give the surfing world lots to talk about!
