- In the legendary Hahnenkammrennen in Kitzbühel, Austria, Didier Cuche (SUI) trounced the competition, winning the world’s toughest downhill ski race by almost a second from second-placed Bode Miller (USA), with Adrien Théaux (FRA) third. Cuche now has a record-equalling four Hahnenkamm downhill titles.
