Now the most important part in a paper plane competition is obviously the plane. Plane design will differ depending on what it is needed to do.
Here are some videos we came across showing airplane designs for each of the three categories of the competition – longest distance, airtime and aerobatics.
Longest Distance: The longest distance between the lift-off of the plane and the landing point within the official Air Space.
Maximum Airtime: Plane manages to stay in the air the longest
Aerobatics: Creativity & style - that is what it takes to make a paper plane fly artistically through the air
